You need to use VSPER and VSOR functions and filter S.

You can also automatize this formula by using the VSCELL function:

• =VSPER(VSOR(VSCELL("*(1)R+;S1",$B5),VSCELL("*(1)R#;S1",$B5))) - for
   the particular player, where in cell B5, you put the number of passing players.
