Stats sheet for practice_By Set

The series of practice sheets is dedicated to use during your practices. These spreadsheets don’t group players by home and away team, so they cannot be used during the game. They are designed to help you analyze your team, their performance during practice, and the quality of particular elements. This helps you prepare your team better for the upcoming games.

The Practice stats sheet contains all the basic stats needed for practice analysis. It includes serving, passing, and attacking numbers broken down by players and rotations. In the main table, there are data regarding attacking, backrow attacking, passing, blocking, serving, and digging. Players are grouped by their position, and their stats are linked regardless of which team they played for. Below this table, you can find the stats grouped by rotation and sets. This will help you to analyze the pracitice and see where your team might be struggling.

Now in the second tab, you will find the set modifier above the stats table. You can choose one or more sets from the practice game that you want to analyze by putting the numbers of the sets that you want to analyze in the orange cell. If you analyze more than one set, just put their numbers of them in order in the orange cell.

In both tabs, you can also modify the weights that are used during counting the average of particular elements. This allows you to change, for example, the reception scale from 4 grade to 3 grade, etc.

Here you can download the updated spreadsheet!

If you recorded and synchronized your practice, you can use the “Show on video” function here to effortlessly prepare video analysis. If you want more information about how to scout the practice, you can find it here

You can also check out the other Practice spreadsheets and use them to increase the quality of training analysis.
