Distribution Comparison

This spreadsheet can be used in many different ways. It allows you to compare the distribution of the two setters from one team or between them.

This spreadsheet can be filtered by

Mandatory filters:

  • team

  • setter (if you don’t want to choose the particular player, you have to mark here “*” or “a”; otherwise, the spreadsheet will not work correctly).

Other filters:

  • phase - you can choose do you want to analyze side-out, FBSO, or transition

  • passing effect - if you decide to analyze side-out, you can choose up to three effects of the passing after which the ball was set

  • game - if you chose more than one game to analyze, you can choose one of the games in this field

  • set - if you want to analyze distribution in a particular set

You can choose filters for the left and for the right courts separately, except for the game and set filters, which regard all of the courts. The distribution visible on courts is the same as in the VolleyStation reports:

  • black number means the number of balls set to this zone

  • black percentage - the percentage of balls set to this zone

  • green percentage - the percentage of kills

  • purple number - efficiency of spikes from this zone

There are two courts for each rotation, so you can analyze the setter very thoroughly and make better decisions based on this spreadsheet.
